Tube. Another day, different people. Happy New Year.

2010.

New year's resolution? That's pointless, if you know what I mean. 2010 has been a great year for me. I've met great people, I have a wonderful class, I enjoy UNI and I've learnt a lot of different things. But most of all, I know you better. Where did this year go past? I don't know, but apparently the older you get, time passes faster. This year was great. Although, it could have been better? Still, nice is good. I don't know if I can ask for anything else, or maybe I can. There will be no 'New Year's Resolution's' this year - I know what I want now. 

Well, I guess I shall wish you all a very happy new year. :)

To be honest, he's the only one that can capture the true me. Self-portraits can lie. In fact, they do lie. I can be anyone that I want to be in a photograph, but I can never trick him.
He always figures me out. I know he does. It's scary how well you know me...

The London Underground.

For a month I've been working on a UNI project called 'Contemporary London'. It's not the type of photography that I'm really into, but this project has helped me a lot. I mean, we all hate the crowdy trains & platforms, we hate it when we don't get a seat and we hate it when people push into the closing doors. The tube is a big part of our monotonous London life & that's where the magic starts to dissapear. I've changed my mind about the London Underground. It's actually fascinating. I love people. I love it when they wave to the camera and make eye contact (I love it even more if it's a nasty one) ... These are just a 'few' shots that I took. Forgive me, the quality isn't great as the scans were made only for contact sheets.


Apart from finishing my project, it's half term in a few days. That makes me happy. I'm really looking forward to Christmas for some reason. I just want some quality time. I just want you to be free... for once. Today was silly. It hurts, but I'll always want to be your favourite girl.

Missing I.

Long time no see.

Pozostały mi jedynie 2 dni wakacji. 2 parszywe dni!  Strasznie się cieszę, że już wracam do tego okresu który lubię najbardziej - projekty, ciemnia, skanowanie negatywów, marudzenie jak bardzo nienawidzę studia i narzekanie, że 'nie umiem'. Kocham ten stan. Czeka mnie jedna wielka zmiana. Zostawię tą 'ciekawostkę' na razie dla siebie. :) Jaram się jak dziecko! Zresztą ... Kto by się nie jarał. Czasami trzeba zaszaleć. 


W końcu udało mi się wypstrykać kliszę którą miałam w Dianie przez półtora miesiąca. Szczerze? Nigdy nie trzymam się 10 zasad Lomo. Bardzo podoba mi się zdjęcie na którym jest Weronika. Polecane ... Miłe zaskoczenie!  W końcu ktoś dodał zdjęcie które też mi się podoba i z którego mogę być 'dumna' ... Zachęcam was do Lomo. Super sprawa! Będę wam to pisać aż do bólu!

Dodaję jeszcze parę zdjęć z naszego mini wypadu na Notting Hill i Hyde Park'u. Zrobiliśmy zdjęcia na kliszę bo dawno nie robiliśmy. Niestety nie znaleźliśmy 'niebieskich dzwi' (które i tak teraz są chyba przemalowane na czarno) bo już nie mieliśmy siły. Było bardzo śmiesznie i romantycznie. Czekam na zimne wieczory w Starbucksie! 

Znaleźliśmy super sklep ze starym gazetami i książkami na Notting Hill Gate! Stare Vogue'i i te sprawy. Zakochałam się od razu! Notting Hill inspiruję. Zrobię tam sesję!
